Councilman Dr. Benjamin (Benny) M. White is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who honorably served 22 years in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer. Throughout his military career, he led and mentored soldiers, demonstrating strong leadership and dedication to service. He retired from active duty in 2008.
